Silicon Micro-powder For TPR Rubber Granulation

The TPR/TPU sole rubber granules are specially formulated with high-grade natural quartz (SiO2 content ≥99.2%) and produced through a unique iron-free grinding process, resulting in a white and pure product. It exhibits chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance, a large specific surface area, well-developed pores, high surface activity, low oil absorption, strong thickening capability, heat resistance, excellent electrical insulation, and UV resistance.

Thermoplastic elastomer (TPR/TPU shoe sole rubber particles) with silicon micro-powder exhibits superior properties compared to traditional fillers, including high transparency, high hardness, low oil absorption, easy dispersion, and strong stability. This product demonstrates excellent whiteness and transparency, and the resulting transparent masterbatch can be added to PE films and tubes at up to 30% without compromising the final product's transparency, thereby reducing costs.

The silicon micropowder produced by our company features a mature manufacturing process with stable physical and chemical properties, as well as a rational and controllable particle size distribution.
